We accept secure online payments through debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected locations.
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within India, depending on your location. In some metro cities, delivery may be faster.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Yes, innerwear, lingerie, hygiene-related items, customized outfits, and final sale items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product sent by us.
Yes, orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and package. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
