Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maa Bhagawati Fashion. We value your trust and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you can return, exchange, or request a refund for your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with all original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Items purchased on Final Sale / Clearance.

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely to our address. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your eligibility for exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your bank/UPI/card account.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and package.

  • We will arrange an exchange or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
